Adem\u00e1s, enfatiz\u00f3 que el fin es dar a conocer en todo el pa\u00eds la misi\u00f3n, la visi\u00f3n y las funciones de la CGR, y \u201cla forma m\u00e1s viable de lograrlo fue mediante el PESNF 2016-2021\u201d, el cual llev\u00f3 m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o dise\u00f1ar. \u201cTodo el colectivo debe tener conocimiento de la misi\u00f3n, la visi\u00f3n, los principios y los valores que caracterizan a la CGR\u201d, reiter\u00f3 el contralor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">El Plan Estrat\u00e9gico del Sistema Nacional de Control Fiscal (PESNCF) 2016-2021 fue aprobado en resoluci\u00f3n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">N.\u00b0 01-00-000420, de fecha 5 de septiembre de 2016, por el contralor general de la Rep\u00fablica, Dr. Manuel E. Galindo B., y oficializado en Gaceta Oficial N.\u00b0 40.938, de fecha 7 de septiembre de 2016. Consta de cinco objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos: Fortalecimiento de la rector\u00eda del Sistema Nacional de Control Fiscal, Fortalecimiento del poder que administra, Fortalecimiento del poder que controla, Fortalecimiento del poder popular, y Afianzamiento de la imagen institucional del Sistema Nacional de Control Fiscal ante la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica nacional e internacional. Para lograrlos, primero se requiere consolidar la comunicaci\u00f3n interna entre las contralor\u00edas estadales y municipales, a fin de fortalecer la comunicaci\u00f3n externa en el \u00e1mbito internacional. \u201cLos \u00f3rganos y entes sometidos a la CGR deben abocarse a principios del 2017 a la divulgaci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n de este Plan\u201d, indic\u00f3 el Dr.
