line-height: 150%;\" align=\"center\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\" lang=\"ES\">Primera reuni\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 de Apoyo T\u00e9cnico del MESICIC y del Mecanismo de Examen del CNUCC<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">En el marco de las convenciones suscritas entre la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela con la Organizaci\u00f3n de Estados Americanos (OEA) y la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas (ONU), la Contralor\u00eda General <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span>de la Rep\u00fablica desarroll\u00f3 en su sede, la primera reuni\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 de Apoyo T\u00e9cnico (CAT) del MESICIC y del Mecanismo de Examen del CNUCC, donde el Contralor, Manuel Galindo Ballesteros, expres\u00f3 que \u201cestas convenciones permiten a los Estados partes unir esfuerzos para profundizar la necesidad y aplicaci\u00f3n de mecanismo id\u00f3neos en el combate contra la corrupci\u00f3n\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Asimismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 \u201cel objetivo principal de este primer encuentro se centra en la necesidad de conformar, como en efecto estamos seguros de que lo haremos, los equipos multidisciplinarios e interinstitucionales que permitan dar respuesta oportuna, eficaz y eficiente a los cuestionarios que se derivan de las citadas instancias internacionales, y que van a permitir que cada uno de los miembros se\u00f1alen las buenas pr\u00e1cticas de los mecanismos e <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span>instrumentos legales con que se cuenta para el combate contra este este delito\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Vale mencionar <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span>que durante el pasado mes de marzo,<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>Venezuela present\u00f3, en la sede de la OEA, un aporte significativo y sin precedente sobre las medidas preventivas y mecanismos modernos que permiten la lucha contra las pr\u00e1cticas corruptas, dentro de las cuales destaca la participaci\u00f3n del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, del Ministerio P\u00fablico, de la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo, de la Superintendencia Nacional de Auditoria Interna y de la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">El Contralor General hizo un autocritica, como Estado miembro, en el sentido de la objetividad que cada uno de los representantes de los \u00f3rganos designados puedan aportar en el <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span>momento de responder los respectivos cuestionarios, de manera tal que se hagan <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span>con precisi\u00f3n y no de una forma vaga o gen\u00e9rica, pues es necesario contar con la seguridad y certeza de que el aporte est\u00e1 respaldado con buenas pr\u00e1cticas e instrumentos jur\u00eddicos, que a la vez responden a la probanza en el combate contra la corrupci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">En este mismo orden,<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>el Dr. Galindo Ballesteros,<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>exhort\u00f3 a los funcionarios designados por las m\u00e1ximas autoridades del Comit\u00e9 de Apoyo T\u00e9cnico del MESICIC y del Mecanismo de Examen del CNUCC, actuar apegados a los art\u00edculos se\u00f1alados en la Constituci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela, la Ley de Desarrollo Social y Econ\u00f3mico de la Naci\u00f3n 2013-2019, a la Ley de la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica y del Sistema Nacional de Control Fiscal con su reglamento, al Decreto con Rango Valor y Fuerza de Ley Contra la Corrupci\u00f3n, la Ley del Poder Ciudadano, el C\u00f3digo de \u00c9tica para el Funcionario P\u00fablico, el Decreto con Rango Valor y Fuerza de Ley del Cuerpo Nacional contra la Corrupci\u00f3n, y dem\u00e1s instrumento de car\u00e1cter legal y sub legal, <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span>que rigen las competencias y atribuciones de los \u00f3rganos adscrito al Poder P\u00fablico Nacional, que conformar este Comit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Aclar\u00f3 que como representantes del Poder P\u00fablico: \u201ctenemos la obligaci\u00f3n de colaborar entre nosotros para los fines del Estado, siempre apegados a la independencia, libertad, la soberan\u00eda, la integridad territorial y la autodeterminaci\u00f3n nacional. Inst\u00f3 a los miembros del CAT a realizar los aportes encuadrado en el respeto de la soberan\u00eda patria; <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span>por lo tanto, <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span>\u201cen el supuesto negado de que cualquier aporte pueda ser considerado riesgoso a los intereses de la Rep\u00fablica, no debe ser divulgado, pues la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela no est\u00e1 obligada a suministra informaci\u00f3n que para el Estado pueda calificarse como reserva\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Igualmente se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cen necesario actuar apegados a los valores socialistas que rigen el destino de Venezuela, valores que pueden manifestarse a trav\u00e9s de la justicia social. Indic\u00f3. <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\"
